Lifetime warranty for SpeedBox products

The Lifetime Warranty applies under the following conditions:

• Applies only to SpeedBox own brand products.
• Applies only to customers, who have purchased their products exclusively from our official e-shop and present valid proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note).
• Covers manufacturing or functional defects of SpeedBox products, but not mechanical damage caused by improper use or incorrect installation of SpeedBox products.
• Does not cover defects of SpeedBox products caused by firmware updates of e-bikes on which SpeedBox products have been installed.
